Refunds Policy

Refunds will be given upon receipt of returned goods provided they are in original packaging and in an undamaged condition.

Refunds can only be given by the original payment method i.e. Credit and Debit Card. Payments will be refunded via HSBC secure ePayments or PayPal to the account from which payment was made.
